The next High Grade Class is on Thursday the 13th of October 18:30 - 20:30 at the Mason Street Dojo.

To start the new term, we have a take-part demonstration at the Sugden Centre. The format is half class, half demonstration, to give you a taste of what you'll be learning in the first term and beyond. Arrive a few minutes early if you can, wear loose, comfortable clothing, you'll be in bare feet on the mat. We are upstairs in Activity Room 1. See you there!

The next High Grade Class is on Thursday the 29th of September 6:30--8:30 at the Mason Street Dojo.

The 2nd dan gradings and demonstrations are on Sunday the 11th of September. The demonstrations will start at 2:15 followed by the gradings. Due to time constraints by the Sugden Centre unfortunately there won't be time for any practice afterwards, so for those of you under dan grade this will be a spectacle (!) only. Dan grades on the mat please for 2:15. Looking forward to seeing you there on the day.
